Interdynamic KG-99 9mm, Closed-Bolt Pistol, 5-inch Threaded Barrel, 30+1
This Interdynamic KG-99 is the closed-bolt successor to the open-bolt KG-9 following ATF Ruling 82-2 and a direct link to the later Intratec TEC-9 series. Made in the USA, it features a cylindrical steel upper with a light gray finish over a black polymer frame. The 5-inch threaded barrel with a perforated shroud and the top-mounted charging handle highlight the model’s distinctive configuration. It comes with a 30-round magazine and a slotted thread-on flash hider installed.

The KG-99 operates on a simple blowback, closed-bolt system with a top-mounted charging handle and a right-side ejection port. It is designed for 9mm Luger and has a stated capacity of 30+1.
The 5-inch steel barrel is threaded and surrounded by a perforated shroud. A slotted thread-on flash hider is installed, matching the barrel’s threaded configuration.
Construction pairs a cylindrical steel upper receiver tube with a light gray finish and a black polymer frame. The grips feature the molded Interdynamic emblem. Sights are fixed, with a front blade and rear notch.
Markings include the left-side rollmark "INTERDYNAMIC MIAMI FL 9 MM LUGER MOD. KG-99 PATENTS PENDING." A serial-number plate is located on the right side of the frame. Country of origin is the USA.
This model is a notable transitional design in the KG/TEC family line, connecting the original KG-9 pattern to the later Intratec series while retaining the characteristic tube upper and control layout.
