This Kimber Stainless Ultra Carry II stands out as a compact, Ultra-series 3-inch 1911 in .45 ACP with a bushingless bull/coned barrel and reverse plug. It pairs a matte stainless slide with an aluminum alloy frame and fixed tritium night sights, and incorporates Kimber’s Series II firing-pin safety. Made in the USA and marked Yonkers NY, it comes with two 7-round magazines and the factory case.

The Ultra-series 3-inch barrel is a bushingless, bull/coned design with a reverse plug, giving this compact 1911 its distinctive setup. The chamber hood is marked ".45 ACP," and capacity is 7+1.
The matte stainless slide features rear serrations only and is roll-marked "STAINLESS ULTRA CARRY II" with the script Kimber logo. The aluminum alloy frame wears a matte silver finish and is marked "YONKERS NY USA." The grip frame is Officer-length, with a checkered mainspring housing and a smooth front strap.
Sighting is via fixed 3-dot tritium night sights (H3 green front and rear). Controls include a single-side (left) thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety.
This Series II pistol incorporates a Swartz-type firing-pin block actuated by the grip safety. It retains the classic single-action 1911 operation with a three-hole lightened aluminum trigger and a skeletonized Commander-style hammer.
Checkered wood grips with the Kimber logo complete the package. The pistol does not have an accessory rail.
