The design retains Q's streamlined upper with no forward assist or ejection-port cover and a minimal brass deflector. Markings include model and origin details with the New Hampshire outline and motto.
The 7-inch .300 BLK barrel is marked "300 BLK 1:5" and uses a pistol-length gas system paired with an adjustable low-profile gas block. Threads are 5/8-24 and factory-fitted with Q's Cherry Bomb taper-mount with Bottle Rocket blast diverter installed, aligning with the platform's design focus on suppressed .300 BLK performance.
Handling features include the twin-rod collapsible PDW stock with two positions and a QD sling socket, plus an ambidextrous Radian Raptor charging handle with Q branding. The rifle uses a two-stage, flat-faced trigger and a direct-impingement, semi-automatic action on the AR-15 platform.
The free-float handguard is 6061-T6 aluminum with M-LOK at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock and an integral top Picatinny rail. The rifle accepts AR-15/STANAG pattern magazines and carries an advertised unloaded weight around 4.8 lb with an overall length of approximately 20.0–24.75 inches.
