The PPQ Q5 Match M2 is purpose-built as a polymer-framed, long-slide competition variant. This example pairs a 5-inch barrel with a Q-Series optics-ready slide featuring lightening windows and a removable optics plate. The red fiber-optic front sight pairs with a rear sight configuration that depends on the installed plate; the CHPWS optics plate provides its own fixed rear notch, while the Walther adjustable rear-sight plate is included but uninstalled.
Upgrades include a C&H Precision Weapon Systems optics mounting plate installed on the slide and the Walther Dynamic Performance Trigger installed in the frame. The original PPQ trigger assembly is included along with the Dynamic Performance Trigger kit case and spare components, providing flexibility for the end user.
Ergonomics and controls are PPQ hallmark features: a textured polymer grip with interchangeable backstraps, an ambidextrous slide stop, and a reversible M2 push-button magazine release.
