The Glock G30S is a compact .45 ACP that pairs a slim 1.00 in slide with the SF (Short Frame) polymer frame for reduced bulk and a comfortable grip. This example features matching serial numbers on the barrel, slide, and frame, fixed sights, and a single-slot Glock accessory rail. Austrian-made with factory proof/inspection marks on the barrel hood, it also accepts Glock 21 13-round magazines in addition to the standard 10-round configuration.

The G30S configuration combines .45 ACP performance with a compact 3.78 in barrel and a slim slide profile that reduces slide width to 1.00 in. The SF (Short Frame) grip, identified by the molded "SF" cartouche, shortens the trigger reach while maintaining a solid, full-hand hold.
Factory fixed sights provide a clear, familiar sight picture. Rear slide serrations provide a confident grasp during press checks and administrative handling.
The single-slot Glock accessory rail supports common weapon-mounted lights designed for Glock-pattern rails. The left-side, standard magazine release and Glock Safe Action system retain the conventional Glock operating layout.
Markings include "MADE IN AUSTRIA GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA, GA." molded into the right side of the frame above the trigger area; the slide reads "30S AUSTRIA 45 Auto." Factory inspection/proof stamps are present on the barrel hood. This pistol was introduced in the G30S line at SHOT Show 2013 and is compatible with Glock 21 13-round magazines in addition to the standard 10-round capacity.
