Made in the United States in 1999, this Red Label is a 20 gauge break-action over/under with 28-inch steel barrels and 3-inch chambers. The barrels wear a ventilated, matted top rib topped by a brass bead front sight for a straightforward, glare-reducing sight picture.
The receiver is stainless steel with a brushed matte finish and no engraving, matched to blued barrels for a clean two-tone appearance. Capacity is two rounds.
Controls are familiar and functional: a tang-mounted safety with integral barrel selector and a single selective trigger. The gun includes dual ejector/extractor hardware.
The walnut furniture includes a pistol-grip stock with checkered panels, a rubber buttpad, and a black grip cap with Ruger medallion. The beavertail forend uses a Deeley-type latch. Length of pull is 14.0 inches.
The Ruger-pattern flush screw-in choke system provides easy choke changes. An additional Full choke tube is included.
