This USA-made example adds a 5.1 in threaded barrel with 1/2x28 threads, suppressor-height tritium night sights, and a factory RDO optic cut with cover plate. It includes three 18-round magazines, an FDE ammo-can style case, and an extra wrap-around backstrap grip.

The M9A4 retains the open-top 90-Series slide while adding forward and rear serrations, a flat dark earth Cerakote finish, and a factory RDO optic cut with cover plate. Type G ambidextrous slide-mounted levers provide decocker-only operation, complemented by a firing pin block for added internal safety.
Its extended, threaded barrel measures 5.1 inches and features a 1/2x28 thread pattern, recessed crown, and a knurled thread protector. The barrel uses right-hand, 6-groove rifling. Suppressor-height tritium 3-dot sights include a tall front post and a drift-adjustable rear for windage.
The FDE aluminum-alloy frame uses the Vertec-style straight backstrap with aggressive checkering on the frontstrap and backstrap. An integral 3-slot MIL-STD-1913 rail on the dust cover supports accessories, and a lanyard loop sits at the heel. An oversized magazine release speeds reloads, and thin FDE polymer grip panels with Beretta medallions are installed; an additional wrap-around backstrap grip is included.
Chambered in 9mm Luger with an 18+1 capacity, this full-size DA/SA pistol uses the 90-Series short-recoil locking-block system. Approximate dimensions are 8.66 in L x 5.40 in H x 1.50 in W with an unloaded weight of about 33.3 oz. This example was made in Gallatin, Tennessee.
