Built on the classic top-eject Model 94 action, this commemorative carbine is chambered in .30-30 with a 20-inch Winchester Proof Steel octagonal barrel and a full-length tubular magazine for a 6+1 capacity. The left-side saddle ring and bright-plated fore-end cap add period-correct carbine details.
The receiver is bright plated and factory engraved with scroll borders, "26th President" and "1901–1909" inscriptions, and an American eagle motif. "Theodore Roosevelt" is script-engraved on the bottom tang plate, underscoring the commemorative theme.
Walnut furniture includes a straight-grip stock and matching forend, highlighted by a left-butt stock medallion bearing Theodore Roosevelt’s profile. Sights are a dovetailed blade front and an adjustable semi-buckhorn rear for a traditional Model 94 sight picture.
