This full-size Springfield Armory 1911 DS Prodigy Comp AOS pairs a 5" match-grade stainless bull barrel and integral single-port compensator with a forged carbon-steel slide and frame finished in black Cerakote. It comes set up with an AOS optics plate installed, iron sights with a tritium front post, a full-length Picatinny dustcover rail, and a double-stack grip module. Two magazines are included: one 20-round and one 17-round.

The Comp AOS configuration features a 5" match-grade stainless steel bull barrel with a 1:16 twist and an integral single-port compensator. A top compensator port/window in the slide complements the system. A two-piece full-length guide rod supports the bull barrel setup.
The forged carbon-steel slide and frame wear a black Cerakote finish and include forward and rear cocking serrations. The dustcover is machined with a full-length Picatinny rail for mounting accessories.
An AOS optics plate is installed and carries the serrated black rear sight, paired with a tritium front post. Controls include an ambidextrous thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety with a raised palm pad. The pistol uses a single-action, hammer-fired system with a skeletonized commander-style hammer and a long, three-hole skeletonized trigger.
The textured polymer double-stack grip module includes a flared, removable magwell. Capacity is 20+1 rounds of 9mm Luger, and this example ships with one 20-round and one 17-round magazine. Made in the USA; manufacturer part number PH9119AOS-COMP.
