The MK111 MK1 MOD 2-M uses PWS's proven long-stroke piston system paired with a three-position adjustable gas regulator. This setup delivers consistent cycling while giving the user clear control over gas settings. The semi-automatic action is configured for 5.56mm NATO and feeds from standard AR-pattern magazines.
Its 11.85 in barrel is threaded and fitted with a prong-style flash hider. The barrel is housed by a free-float aluminum hybrid handguard that maintains rigidity and provides a continuous top Picatinny rail across the receiver and handguard, with accessory slots and short Picatinny segments near the muzzle.
Controls are modern and intuitive, including an ambidextrous safety and an ambidextrous charging handle with extended latches. A right-side bolt release paddle and a standard magazine release round out the control layout. The pistol configuration uses a brace on a carbine-length receiver extension.
