This Italian-made Beretta A391 3.5 Xtrema is a gas-operated 12-gauge with a 3 1/2 in chamber and a 28 in vent-rib barrel. It wears the Advantage Wetlands camouflage finish over a synthetic stock and forend, and includes a magazine cut-off lever on the receiver. An aftermarket clamp-on green fiber-optic mid-rib ring sight is installed. The barrel is choke-threaded with no choke tube currently installed. Overall condition is very good with an excellent bore.

The A391 3.5 Xtrema is a gas-operated semiautomatic 12-gauge built to run 3 1/2 in shells. Capacity is 2+1. It features a cross-bolt safety and a magazine cut-off lever for quick load management.
The 28 in vent-rib barrel has a front bead and is threaded for choke tubes. No choke tube is installed, and the muzzle threads are visible. An aftermarket clamp-on green fiber-optic mid-rib ring sight is installed for a clear mid-bead reference along the rib.
Construction centers on an aluminum alloy receiver and a synthetic stock/forend set in Advantage Wetlands camouflage. The stock includes molded rubber grip panels, a Beretta recoil pad, and a rear sling swivel attachment, with matching camo on the forend. Advantage Wetlands camo text is printed on the stock and forend.
Receiver rollmarks read "A391 3.5 Xtrema – 12 GA." on the right and "P. Beretta A391 3.5 Xtrema" on the left. The gun is marked "Made in Italy" with the Beretta trident logo. Length of pull is 14.5 inches.
