Its hammer-fired, locked-breech, recoil-operated action uses an internal hammer and incorporates both a manual thumb safety and a trigger safety. The compact 3.42-inch barrel and 15+1 capacity make it a practical size with ample onboard rounds, and this example ships with both 10- and 15-round magazines for flexibility.
