This factory "SP-01 Blue" variant combines the proven CZ 75 SP-01 steel frame with blue anodized checkered aluminum grips. It features a matte black slide and frame, a red fiber-optic front sight with a fixed serrated rear, and an inside-frame slide rail design. The pistol comes with six 21-round magazines, four with TF-marked aluminum basepads and two with unmarked blue aluminum basepads, plus Czech proof marks, a CZ-USA Kansas City, KS import mark, and a two-digit "22" proof code. Matching serial numbers are present on the frame and slide.

The "SP-01 Blue" is a factory-marked variant distinguished by blue anodized aluminum grip panels. The full-size steel frame and matte black finish are paired with a full-length dust cover and a three-slot accessory rail. No add-on magwell is installed on this pistol.
The slide includes front and rear cocking serrations and a serrated top rib to reduce glare. Sight alignment is straightforward with the red fiber-optic front and a fixed serrated black square-notch rear.
This DA/SA, short-recoil, hammer-fired pistol uses a skeletonized ring hammer and a manual safety. The inside-frame slide rail design contributes to the SP-01’s familiar, solid tracking feel.
