The 5-inch barrel uses a heavy profile with a full-length underlug that shrouds the ejector rod. The front sight is pinned and replaceable, pairing with an adjustable rear for a clean, practical sight picture.
The stainless N-frame construction includes a six-shot fluted cylinder chambered in .45 ACP. It is designed to use moon clips and also chambers .45 Auto Rim, offering flexibility with commonly available ammunition and specialty rimmed loads.
Controls and handling features include a smooth-faced trigger and an external hammer with a checkered spur for confident control in double- or single-action use. A standard S&W checkered cylinder release completes the familiar operating layout.
