The HS410 barrel is a dedicated design with a permanently attached, vented spreader muzzle device. This unique HS410 barrel is not interchangeable with standard Model 500 .410 barrels, and the barrel roll-mark identifies the HS410 Home Security configuration.
Controls and sighting are straightforward, with a top-tang safety that includes a red fire indicator and a right-side ejection port. A brass bead front sight complements the bead sight setup.
Construction is robust and lightweight where it matters: a steel barrel is paired with an aluminum alloy receiver finished in matte black. The black synthetic stock and vertical-grip fore-end provide a durable, weather-resistant setup.
