This Hi-Point Model 995TS is a full-size 9mm Luger semi-automatic carbine with a 16.5 in bright silver steel barrel, a factory rear ghost-ring sight (front sight post missing), and a black polymer skeletonized stock. It comes with five 10-round magazines, a two-point sling, and a polymer vertical foregrip already installed. The bore condition is excellent with a clean, mirror finish.

The 995TS uses a simple blowback action with semi-automatic operation in 9mm Luger. It feeds from proprietary single-stack detachable magazines and offers a 10+1 capacity. Controls include a left-side manual thumb safety with a red fire index dot and right-side ejection.
Sighting is handled by a factory adjustable ghost-ring rear aperture on a rail base; the front sight tower with protective ears is present, but the front post/blade is not installed. The rear sight features a knurled adjustment knob for easy, repeatable changes.
The carbine is built around a stamped metal receiver and a 16.5 in bright silver steel barrel with a silver front sight block. Furniture is a fixed, skeletonized black polymer stock with an integral, textured pistol grip and a hard buttpad. The ribbed polymer fore-end and a 14.0 in length of pull provide a straightforward, secure interface.
Mounting surfaces include a short receiver-mounted top rail that carries the ghost-ring sight base, plus a short Picatinny/Weaver top rail segment on the forward handguard. Forward accessory mounting is provided by 6 o'clock rail segments; the included polymer vertical foregrip is installed on the bottom rail. A black nylon two-point sling is already installed.
