The Specialist is a purpose-built, full-size 9mm 1911 with a 5-inch match-grade bushing barrel and a 10+1 capacity. Its single-action operation, solid aluminum trigger with vertical serrations, and skeletonized rowel (commander-style) hammer reflect a focused feature set for precise, consistent control.
Constructed from stainless steel, both the frame and slide wear a bead-blasted stainless finish. The slide is flat-topped with a serrated top rib to reduce glare and includes both front and rear cocking serrations for confident manipulation.
Fixed night sights are fitted, pairing an AmeriGlo-marked front sight with a fixed ledge rear. The integral single-slot accessory rail is machined into the dust cover. A blended magazine well funnel and fine checkering on the front strap and mainspring housing complement the textured G10 grip panels in a tan/black pattern for a secure hold.
Safety and handling features include a manual thumb safety and grip safety. The pistol’s Government-size profile and stainless construction provide a solid foundation, while the included three factory 10-round magazines support the 9mm chambering out of the box.
