It comes with two 15-round steel magazines and ships with the factory optics plates kit. Marked 'FN COLUMBIA, SC USA,' this is a recent-release configuration with the MRD slide and FDE finish.

The MRD slide is cut for optics and includes a factory cover plate, with FN's Low-Profile Optics-Mounting System providing the included plates and hardware for mounting. Front and rear cocking serrations and an external extractor round out the slide features, while fixed iron sights with a blade front and square-notch rear come installed from the factory.
The 4.25 in barrel is cold hammer-forged and non-threaded, with a recessed crown. The striker-fired action uses a flat-faced trigger with an integral safety tab, and the pistol incorporates a trigger safety.
Ergonomics and setup include interchangeable backstraps (spare included) and ambidextrous slide stop levers. A 4-slot Picatinny/M1913 accessory rail on the frame supports common white lights or lasers. Standard-capacity magazines provide a 15+1 configuration, and two steel magazines are included.
