The Q5 Match SF Black Tie Edition is an all-steel Q-series competition pistol with a satin Stinox-style finished carbon steel frame and slide, delivering a solid, durable build. Its 5 in carbon steel barrel is hammer-forged with polygonal rifling and a 250 mm right-hand twist, paired with a short-recoil, locked-breech, striker-fired action for consistent operation.
Ergonomics are competition-focused, with an extended beavertail, a high undercut trigger guard, and black textured replaceable grip panels. A flared magazine well with the WALTHER logo speeds reloads. Walther’s Dynamic Performance Trigger (flat-faced, skeletonized, no articulated center blade) supports a clean, consistent press while the pistol retains internal passive safeties.
The slide is cut with lightening windows and top serrations, and it includes an optics cut with a removable plate and an interface under the rear-sight plate. Sighting is fast and precise thanks to a fiber-optic front blade and an adjustable LPA rear, with a sight radius of 181 mm.
A MIL-STD-1913 multi-slot accessory rail accommodates lights or other rail-mounted accessories. Capacity is 15+1, and overall dimensions are approximately 8.66 in L × 1.42 in W × 5.39 in H, with an unloaded weight around 40.9 oz.
