It includes the factory hard case, manual, and a separate Ruger .22 WMR fluted cylinder rollmarked "22 WIN. MAG. CAL."

This factory stainless adjustable-sight variant is built on Ruger’s durable New Model Single-Six platform and configured for convertible use. The included fluted .22 WMR cylinder allows the revolver to be used with both .22 LR and .22 WMR, with clear rollmarking on the magnum cylinder.
The 4.625-inch stainless barrel and matching stainless frame and cylinder feature a brushed/satin finish. Controls include a smooth, curved trigger and a spurred, checkered hammer, with Ruger’s transfer-bar safety system.
Sighting is straightforward and precise thanks to a black ramped front blade and a fully adjustable square-notch rear sight. The revolver carries a 6-round capacity and the classic plow-handle grip profile.
Grip panels are smooth hardwood with Ruger eagle medallions. Factory markings include "RUGER .22 CAL. NEW MODEL SINGLE-SIX" and "RUGER, NEWPORT, NH USA," confirming U.S. manufacture in 2008.
