This Russian-made Izhmash Saiga-12 is a customized, magazine-fed 12 gauge with a 19-inch barrel and a 3-inch chamber. It features a CHAOS U.S.A. extended aluminum quad-rail with a continuous top Picatinny, an extended knurled charging-handle knob, rail-mounted iron sights with a rotary/aperture rear, and a large multi-port muzzle brake that is pinned and welded. It ships with one 20-round drum and three 12-round SGM Tactical box magazines, offering a stated maximum capacity of 20+1.

Specific Condition Notes: The handguard is loose and is missing the set screws for its rear retaining plate. Scratches and blemishes are present.

Built by Izhmash in Russia, the receiver is marked SAIGA-12 and MADE IN RUSSIA BY IZHMASH, along with the Cyrillic САЙГА-12. The shotgun carries the Izhevsk triangle-with-arrow, Russian proof/inspection stamps, and an "08" stamp near the proofs. The importer mark is Russian American Armory Co., Scottsburg, IN.
The installed CHAOS U.S.A. extended aluminum quad-rail provides a continuous top Picatinny rail and additional side/bottom accessory rails. An angled foregrip is mounted to the bottom rail, and rail-mounted iron sights are installed, including a rotary/aperture rear sight with a numbered drum for precise adjustments.
Operational enhancements include an extended, knurled charging-handle knob and a large multi-port muzzle brake that is pinned and welded. The firearm retains AK-pattern features such as a standard left-side optics mounting rail on the receiver, a factory-style bolt hold-open tab ahead of the trigger, and selector markings "S" and "F."
The configuration includes a US-marked fixed polymer sporter buttstock with a sling loop and an ergonomic textured polymer pistol grip with finger grooves. The 19-inch barrel is chambered 12×76 (3-inch), with the bore marked 18.3 mm. Feeding is via detachable box and drum magazines, with a stated maximum capacity of 20+1.
