The XMACRO COMP configuration features a factory-integrated compensator machined into the slide with two top ports. This setup pairs with front and rear slide serrations for confident manipulation while maintaining the compact 3.1-inch barrel length.
The XMacro grip module delivers a 17+1 capacity in a controllable package and includes interchangeable S/M/L backstraps. The frame is black polymer and incorporates a subtle internal magwell flare along with a true 1913 accessory rail with four slots.
Sighting equipment includes an XRAY3 Day/Night front sight; with a micro red dot installed, rear iron sight configuration varies (see photos). A SIG Sauer RomeoZero micro red dot is installed as a non-factory add-on, providing a ready-to-use sighting solution.
This striker-fired P365 X-Series model uses the X-Series flat trigger and has no external manual thumb safety. It is identified by SIG Sauer part number 365XCA-9-COMP and is marked Made in the United States, with the factory label dated March 25, 2024.
