The Model 750 Woodsmaster Carbine uses a gas-operated, semi-automatic action with a right-side charging handle. It is the final evolution of Remington’s Woodsmaster series, featuring an updated gas system compared to the earlier 740, 742, and 7400 models.
The carbine-length configuration pairs an 18.5 inch unthreaded barrel with a compact overall length of approximately 39.1 inches and an unloaded weight of about 7.5 pounds. It is chambered in .30-06 Springfield and feeds from a detachable box magazine with a factory capacity of 4+1. Magazines are compatible with earlier Model 7400-series rifles.
Sighting equipment includes open sights with a ramped front and a barrel-mounted adjustable rear. The receiver is drilled and tapped for optics, and a Weaver-style scope base segment is already installed to accept compatible rings and optics.
The rifle features a blued finish with a matte receiver and classic walnut furniture. The stock includes a Monte Carlo comb, checkering, a walnut pistol grip, a rubber recoil pad, a rear sling swivel stud, and a 13.25 inch length of pull. Roll markings include "750 CARBINE" and "30-06 SPRG" on the barrel, and "Remington WOODSMASTER" and "MODEL 750" on the receiver. Made in the USA.
