Made in the United States, this Model 11 is a semi-automatic, long-recoil shotgun with a right-side ejection port and the distinctive external receiver screws on the right side. The barrel rollmark references Browning's patents with multiple patent dates, aligning with early production features.
The 26-inch steel barrel is paired with an under-barrel tubular magazine (4+1 capacity) and a knurled end cap. A bead front sight sits on the compensator base. The Cutts-style compensator is Hartford-marked, and the adjustable choke sleeve is marked "IMP CYL," offering pattern adjustability at the muzzle.
Furniture consists of a walnut semi-pistol-grip stock and a walnut fore-end with point-pattern checkering. An aftermarket ventilated red rubber recoil pad with a contrasting spacer is installed, setting the length of pull at 13.5 inches.
The shotgun carries a blued finish on the steel receiver and barrel, preserving the traditional look of the Model 11 design while incorporating the period-style compensator and adjustable choke setup.
