This Canik SFx Rival Dark Side is a full-size, competition-oriented 9mm with a 5 in barrel, 20+1 capacity, and an all-black finish. It features an optics-ready slide with included interface plates, a red fiber-optic front sight with a black adjustable rear, and comes with three 20-round steel magazines in the factory case.
Built for action-shooting disciplines, the SFx Rival series uses a short-recoil, locked-breech system and a crisp, flat-faced striker-fired trigger. The Dark Side variant applies a uniform black finish across the slide and polymer frame for a purposeful, low-glare presentation.
The slide includes front and rear serrations, a top window, and lightening cuts to reduce reciprocating mass. The red fiber-optic front and black adjustable rear sight with a windage scale offer a clear, competition-focused sight picture. The optics-ready system uses interchangeable interface plates and mounting hardware included with this pistol.
The black polymer frame integrates a 1913 under-barrel accessory rail and interchangeable backstraps; a Taylor Freelance backstrap is installed. Capacity is 20+1 using the included steel double-stack magazines. A molded frame warning notes "Fires Without Magazine." Import marks read CENTURY ARMS INC GEORGIA, VT, and the factory label shows MPN HG6816-N with a listed MSRP of $679.
