This custom 6.5 Grendel build pairs a KAK Industries KF-15 lower with a Palmetto State Armory flat-top A3 upper for a reliable AR-15 platform configured for the Grendel cartridge. It features a Cryptic BCG, a Warhammer ambidextrous extended-latch charging handle, an AT3 Tactical free-float M-LOK handguard in FDE, and a Saber three-prong muzzle device on a 16-inch threaded, free-floated barrel. Magpul MOE FDE furniture finishes a clean, two-tone setup with no sights installed and a flat-top receiver Picatinny rail plus short rail sections on the handguard for mounting.

Built around the KAK Industries KF-15 lower, this rifle is clearly marked "MODEL KF-15" and "CAL - MULTI," and mates to a Palmetto State Armory A3 upper with forward assist and ejection-port cover. The receivers are aluminum alloy with a black hard-anodized finish, contrasted by FDE/tan furniture and handguard for a purposeful two-tone look.
At its core is a 16-inch, free-floated, threaded barrel capped with a Saber three-prong muzzle device. The AT3 Tactical aluminum free-float M-LOK handguard in FDE includes Picatinny sections at the receiver and near the muzzle, providing mounting options while keeping weight forward under control. The flat-top receiver provides a continuous Picatinny rail, while the handguard features segmented Picatinny islands near the receiver and at the front—offering mounting points without a full-length top rail; no sights are installed.
The operating system is semi-automatic, direct impingement, driven by a Cryptic BCG and managed via a Warhammer ambidextrous charging handle with extended latches. Controls and ergonomics are rounded out with Magpul MOE FDE furniture: a collapsible carbine stock on a carbine receiver extension and a MOE-K2+ pistol grip. The adjustable length of pull is approximately 10.5–14 inches.
The rifle feeds from AR-15 pattern 6.5 Grendel magazines and comes with one Amend2 10-round polymer mag marked 6.5 Grendel. Capacity is 10+1. A Magpul folding bipod is installed for added stability when shooting from supported positions.
