The 715T Flat Top combines a rimfire 702-series action with AR-style ergonomics. Its polymer clamshell design surrounds the action and provides familiar controls, including a right-side charging handle, right-side ejection, and a cross-bolt safety. An ambidextrous twin-lever magazine release complements the proprietary detachable magazine system.
A full-length Picatinny top rail runs the length of the receiver, and the vented quad-rail forend provides rail sections at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions. Front and rear sling attachment points are integrated for straightforward carry setup.
The 16.25" barrel is threaded and fitted with an A2-style birdcage muzzle device. Chambered in .22 LR, the bore presents a clean, mirror finish with sharp rifling, supporting the rifle's strong overall condition.
This rifle is finished in matte black with polymer receiver/frame, stock, and forend components. The stock is telescoping and adjustable, paired with a polymer pistol grip, and has a listed 12.0 length of pull. Markings note import by Mossberg International, Inc., North Haven, CT, and manufacture in Brazil by CBC.
