This SIG Sauer P365 FUSE pairs a 4.3 in long-slide with extended 21+1 capacity and an RMSc-pattern optics cut with cover plate. It features a stainless slide with a Nitron black finish, a DLC-finished carbon-steel barrel, and an LXG polymer grip module with interchangeable backstraps and a standard magazine well; no flared magwell installed or included. Four factory 21-round magazines are included, along with high-visibility front and black serrated rear sights and a flat-faced trigger.

The P365 FUSE configuration delivers a 4.3 in long-slide in the P365 series, chambered in 9mm Luger and built on a striker-fired, locked-breech action. It uses a flat-faced trigger and accepts P365 XMACRO/FUSE double-stack magazines, providing a 21+1 capacity with the included magazines.
The stainless slide wears a Nitron black finish and includes forward and rear serrations, lightening cuts, and an RMSc-pattern optics cut. A cover plate is installed, and the black serrated rear sight is integral to that plate.
The carbon-steel barrel features a DLC finish. Sighting is fast and clear with a high-visibility front sight paired to the black serrated rear.
The LXG polymer grip module includes interchangeable backstraps and a standard magazine well; no flared magwell installed or included. A MIL-STD-1913/Picatinny multi-slot accessory rail is molded into the frame for mounting compatible accessories.
