The G27 Gen4 pairs a compact footprint with .40 S&W chambering and a 3.43 inch cold hammer forged steel barrel. The matte black slide has rear serrations, and the black polymer frame carries the Gen4 RTF texture with finger grooves for secure handling.
Gen4 updates include the enlarged, reversible magazine release and the interchangeable backstrap system; the full backstrap set is included and not installed. The Safe Action, striker-fired mechanism uses a 5.5 lb trigger and a trigger safety.
Factory fixed polymer sights are installed with a white-dot front and white-outline U-notch rear. This model is configured without an accessory rail. It is sized as a subcompact pistol while accepting larger .40 S&W Glock magazines for expanded capacity options.
Origin and markings are clear: AUSTRIA is rollmarked on the slide, the frame is marked MADE IN AUSTRIA GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA, GA., and the barrel carries an AT mark. The pistol is triple-serialized on the slide, barrel, and frame, consistent with factory practice.
