The Comp X Hunter 10 is a Government-length, non-railed 1911 chambered in 10mm Auto with a stainless-steel slide and frame finished in KimPro II two-tone (gray slide over black frame), matte throughout. It is manufactured in Troy, Alabama, USA, and is part of Kimber's 2020s-era lineup.
Its compensated configuration is factory-applied: a multi-port compensator occupies the barrel-bushing position. This design maintains the familiar 1911 profile while enabling toolless 1911 takedown. The slide carries front and rear angled serrations for positive purchase.
The pistol uses a single-action, semi-automatic operating system with an 8+1 capacity.
