What’s Included
- Browning Model 92 .44 Rem Magnum lever-action rifle
Built in 1981, this Model 92 is a factory reproduction produced in Japan, aligning closely with traditional carbine features. It uses a top-eject, lever-action steel receiver finished in polished bluing and fitted with a standard lever loop. The receiver top is not drilled and tapped for scope mounting, preserving its classic configuration.
The carbine wears a 20" steel barrel and a full-length tubular magazine with a 10+1 capacity. Two barrel bands secure the fore-end and magazine tube, with the tube retained by a slotted end cap. A right-side loading gate supports quick reloads in the field or at the range.
Sighting is handled by a dovetailed front blade and a semi-buckhorn rear with an elevator, providing a traditional and practical sight picture. The smooth, uncheckered walnut stock and foregrip feature a straight-grip profile, complemented by a blued trigger and polished blued metalwork for a cohesive, period-style appearance.
The length of pull measures 12.75", contributing to a compact, fast-handling feel. Chambered in .44 Rem Magnum, this carbine delivers a classic pairing of caliber and platform well-suited to its traditional lever-action design.
