The heart of this rifle is its 14.5" barrel with a permanently attached three-prong flash hider, pinned and welded to achieve roughly 16.5" overall barrel length. The direct-impingement system and free-floated barrel sit inside an Aero Enhanced Gen 2 aluminum KeyMod handguard with a continuous top rail that mates flush to the flat-top upper.
The upgraded Geissele Super 3-Gun (S3G) trigger is competition-oriented with a hybrid single/2-stage feel, very short pull, and fast reset. It delivers quick, repeatable shots while maintaining a clean, consistent break.
Controls and receiver features include a flat-top 1913 Picatinny rail, forward assist, ejection-port cover, and case deflector. Standard AR-15 controls are present with a right-side magazine release, manual safety selector, and selector pictograph markings. Aero’s Gen 2/X15 lower enhancements add an upper-tensioning set screw and a threaded rear takedown detent hole for secure, user-friendly maintenance.
Furniture is well-chosen: the Magpul STR adjustable stock offers QD sling sockets and a rubber buttpad, paired with a Magpul polymer pistol grip. The rifle carries a uniform Flat Dark Earth finish across the upper, lower, and handguard with contrasting black small parts. Capacity is 30+1, and length of pull measures 11.5 inches. No sights are included.
