It features a brushed/satin stainless finish, a five-shot partially fluted cylinder, and fully adjustable sights. The revolver is in very good overall condition with an excellent, mirror-bright bore.

The 4-inch configuration uses a two-piece stainless barrel with a heavy full-underlug shroud and a serrated top rib. A removable multi-port compensator, secured by a hex screw, caps the muzzle to help control the powerful .500 S&W Magnum cartridge.
The revolver is built on Smith & Wesson’s stainless X-Frame and carries a five-shot, partially fluted stainless cylinder. A front ball-detent yoke lock and a knurled ejector-rod tip add robust, user-focused details; the cylinder stop is frame-mounted.
Controls include a smooth-faced stainless trigger and an external hammer with a checkered spur for consistent double-action/single-action operation. The black rubber finger-groove grips with S&W medallions provide a secure hold.
Sighting is handled by a pinned orange-insert front ramp and a fully adjustable black rear blade. The brushed/satin stainless finish extends across the frame, cylinder, and receiver for a uniform, durable appearance.
