This Ruger M77 Mark II All-Weather pairs a stainless barreled action with Ruger's distinctive black Zytel skeleton stock. Built in 2000 and chambered in .308 Winchester, it features controlled-round feed, a three-position safety, and integral receiver dovetail bases with Ruger 1-inch rings installed. The 22 inch sporter-taper stainless barrel has a recessed crown and no iron sights.

The All-Weather configuration centers on a stainless steel receiver and 22 inch sporter-taper stainless barrel with a recessed crown. The barrel is rollmarked ".308 WIN" and carries the Ruger Southport, Conn., U.S.A. address/warning. There are no iron sights.
The black Zytel skeleton "boat-paddle" stock provides a lightweight, rigid platform with molded ribbed grip and fore-end panels and a rubber buttpad. The butt features molded Ruger eagle and "RUGER" logos. Length of pull is 13.75 inches, and a fixed metal rear sling loop is integral to the stock.
The M77 Mark II action uses a controlled-round-feed bolt with a fixed blade ejector and right-hand feed/ejection. It includes Ruger's three-position safety for secure handling. The internal magazine offers 4+1 capacity, and the hinged floorplate is released by an inside-the-guard latch.
The receiver has integral dovetail scope bases, and this rifle comes with Ruger 1-inch rings installed on those bases. An aftermarket clamp-on sling loop is mounted at the fore-end to pair with the factory integral rear sling loop. Made in the United States in 2000.
