Specific Condition Details: There are widespread scratches and blemishes across the metal and wood. Patches of pitting are present in the finish. The stock has been shortened and the cut is uneven. The length of pull measures 12.0 inches as a result of this alteration. The receiver’s original black anodizing is heavily worn/stripped, leaving most surfaces bright/silver with only remnants of finish.

This Woodsmaster uses a semi-automatic, gas-operated action with a right-hand charging handle and right-side ejection. It is the standard rifle configuration (not carbine) with a 22-inch barrel, chambered in .30-06 Springfield, and feeds from a detachable 4-round magazine for a 4+1 capacity.
The sights are classic iron sights: a ramped bead front and an adjustable barrel-mounted rear with a stepped elevation and screw windage. The barrel and steel components are blued; the aluminum receiver shows heavy finish wear from its original black anodizing and is now largely bright/silver, paired with walnut furniture.
Furniture includes a straight-comb, pistol-grip walnut buttstock and a vertically grooved walnut fore-end, both uncheckered. The stock has been shortened, yielding a 12.0-inch length of pull. A slip-on recoil pad is included.
Markings and setup details include the Remington REP oval proof and a barrel rollmark reading 'MADE IN U.S.A. PATENT NO. 2,685,754 AND OTHERS.' Three small drilled and tapped holes are visible on the barrel/chamber area just forward of the receiver. A two-ring side-flip scope mount/base is provided separately, with three of its four mounting screws included.
