Built on Ruger's aluminum alloy receiver, this 10/22 Carbine retains the classic 18.5-inch barrel and 10+1 capacity in .22 LR. It uses the proven semi-automatic blowback action and was manufactured in the United States in 1991.
The installed Ram-Line FRS-1022 chassis (Item FST 111) is a glass-filled nylon system with a side-folding buttstock, an integral pistol grip, and an integral carry handle. Length of pull measures 15.0 inches. Ram-Line markings are present on the chassis and fore-end.
Up front, a ventilated Ram-Line barrel shroud/fore-end with circular ports surrounds the barrel. The Ram-Line clamp-on front sight tower with a protected blade is attached by screws. A front sling swivel stud is installed under the fore-end.
Factory receiver markings read "RUGER MODEL 10/22 CARBINE 22 LR CALIBER" with the Ruger logo. Additional Ram-Line markings include "RAM-LINE GOLDEN, CO – Ruger 10/22 – Item FST 111," "FRS-1022," and "RAM-LINE" on the fore-end components. The package includes one 10-round magazine and the Ruger instruction manual.
