The 92FS action is double-action/single-action with an exposed spur hammer, an ambidextrous slide-mounted safety/decocker, and a firing pin block. Its short-recoil, locking-block operating system is true to the 92-series lineage.
The pistol features a steel slide and aluminum-alloy frame finished in OD Green, a non-railed dust cover, frontstrap and backstrap vertical serrations, and a lanyard loop. The barrel is black, complementing the OD Green slide and frame.
Sight configuration is a fixed 3-dot set: an integral front blade with white dot and a dovetailed rear notch with two white dots. The open-top slide design and dovetailed rear sight are consistent with the 92FS pattern.
The threaded barrel measures approximately 5.2 inches and includes a knurled thread protector installed at the muzzle. This configuration provides immediate utility for a threaded setup while preserving the barrel threads during handling and storage.
