It features a 26 inch blued steel barrel, fiber-optic iron sights, and a walnut stock and forend. The barrel is drilled and tapped, and the rifle is marked for black powder or Pyrodex use only. Made in the United States and marked Rochester, New Hampshire.

The Encore-platform inline design uses 209-primer ignition with a break-action, single-shot layout and an exposed hammer. It offers simple loading and unloading, and a capacity of one round.
The 26 inch blued steel barrel is round and non-fluted, and it wears iron sights: a red fiber-optic ramp front and an adjustable rear sight with green fiber-optic dots. The barrel top shows three drilled and tapped holes behind the rear sight on the breech side of the barrel for a scope base pattern.
The walnut stock and matching forend provide a classic look with practical features, including a pistol-grip profile, raised comb, and a recoil pad. Sling swivel studs are installed front and rear. The rifle is full-size with a 14.0 length of pull.
Muzzleloader-specific features include a full-length under-barrel ramrod retained by two thimbles and a polymer muzzle guide bearing the T/C logo, plus a wrench-hex breech plug.
