    What’s Included

    • 1x 10-round Lee-Enfield No.4 pattern steel box magazine
    • Khaki web sling with brass hardware (installed)

Produced by Savage-Stevens in Chicopee Falls, this No.4 Mk I* bears the correct "U.S. PROPERTY" marking and Savage manufacturer stamp, signifying its Lend-Lease role. North American-only Mk I* production ran from 1942 to 1944, and Chicopee Falls output is denoted by the distinctive "C" in the serial format.

The Mk I* pattern deletes the separate bolt-release catch for streamlined bolt removal while retaining the Lee-Enfield’s cock-on-closing action. A charger bridge is present for efficient loading with stripper clips. The 10-round detachable box magazine provides a 10+1 capacity.

Sighting equipment includes a protected front post within square ears and a stamped two-position flip aperture rear sight. At the muzzle, bayonet lugs accept the No.4 spike bayonet. The manual safety lever is positioned at the rear of the bolt.

The rifle wears a full-length hardwood stock with two-piece upper handguards and sling swivels. A steel buttplate with a trap door provides access to the cleaning kit compartment. Barrel length is 25.2 inches, and the length of pull measures 13.0 inches.
