The B-14 action follows a Remington 700–footprint receiver pattern and uses a right-hand, spiral-fluted bolt with an enlarged bolt knob for confident manipulation. A two-position safety and a front-of-trigger-guard magazine release support straightforward operation. The steel receiver wears a matte gray finish, while the barrel exterior carries a matching carbon-fiber–look pattern along most of its length with matte gray at the chamber area and the muzzle/brake.
The 20-inch barrel is factory threaded and currently fitted with a radial-port muzzle brake. A knurled thread protector is included for when the brake is removed. There are no iron sights. A Monstrum-branded one-piece Picatinny scope rail with an integrated bubble level is installed for mounting optics.
The rifle feeds from a detachable AICS-pattern magazine interface and comes with a 5-round Magpul PMAG marked 7.62x51. Capacity is 5+1 in .308 Winchester. The bolt-action system is smooth and robust, with CIP proofing confirming conformity to European proof standards.
The composite stock presents a decorative carbon-fiber-look finish and includes a fixed comb, pistol-grip palm swell, recoil pad, sling swivel studs, and flush QD sockets for multiple carry options. Length of pull is 14.0 inches.
