The Witness P-F is built on a CZ-75 pattern with slide-in-frame rails, giving it a familiar control layout and low-profile slide geometry. It uses a DA/SA system with a solid spur hammer (non-skeletonized) and an ambidextrous manual thumb safety, plus a left-side magazine release.
Its 4.5 inch steel barrel and fixed 3-dot sight system provide a straightforward sight picture, with a front white dot and a rear 2-dot notch. An external extractor is fitted to the slide.
The polymer frame keeps weight down while providing durability and traction through molded-in grip texturing. An integral Picatinny-style accessory rail with three slots is molded into the dust cover, and a lanyard loop is located at the rear of the frame.
Markings include "WITNESS-P CAL. 10mm" on the slide and "WITNESS-P-F" on the frame. The pistol carries CIP proof marks and "FT-MADE IN ITALY" alongside EAA import marks from Cocoa, Florida. The frame, barrel, and slide share matching serial numbers.
