This K9 Stainless belongs to Kahr’s Premium Series of steel-frame compacts, pairing a matte stainless slide and frame with black textured wraparound rubber grips bearing the Kahr “K” medallion. The slide uses rear-only vertical cocking serrations, and the overall fit and materials reflect the company’s steel-frame construction approach.
Dimensionally, it is a true compact with a 3.5 in barrel, 4.5 in height, and a slim 0.90 in slide width. Weight is approximately 23.1 oz. Capacity is 8+1 in 9mm Luger, and this example is accompanied by four factory magazines to support range or carry rotation.
The operating system is striker-fired, double-action-only with a locked-breech, modified Browning design. It features a smooth curved trigger with an approximate 7.0 lb pull. Safety is handled by a passive striker block; there is no magazine disconnect or external manual safety.
Sighting is via drift-adjustable steel bar-dot sights, with a white dot front and a white vertical-bar rear. The barrel uses polygonal rifling with a 1:10 RH twist, designed for consistent bore sealing. The model code K9093A is shown on the factory case label, and the pistol is made in the USA.
