The G23 Gen4 pairs a compact frame with a 4.02 in cold-hammer-forged barrel and a 13+1 capacity in .40 S&W. The black polymer frame uses the Gen4 RTF texture with finger grooves for secure control, and the Glock accessory rail supports compatible lights or lasers. The slide is the standard Gen4 configuration with rear serrations and no optic cut.
Aftermarket fixed fiber-optic sights are installed: a red front and a green two-dot rear. This setup provides a clear, high-contrast sight picture under varied lighting while maintaining a snag-resistant profile.
Core Gen4 updates are present, including the dual captive recoil-spring assembly designed to manage duty-caliber recoil and the enlarged, reversible magazine catch for left- or right-handed use.
