Bore Condition: Good - Clean, well-maintained, minor wear marks.

Specific Condition Notes: The previous owner used a marker to touch up scuffs on the receiver. There is mild rust present in the bores. The top lever rests slightly right of center. Barrel-to-action fit is tight, and the ejectors are timed. The bottom firing pin shows pitting; the top firing pin is in good condition.

    What’s Included

    • Browning factory cardboard box (original)

Built on the classic Superposed platform, this Grade I Field model pairs 28-inch Special Steel barrels with a ventilated, matted game rib and a single front bead. The chambers are 2 3/4 inches, and capacity is 2.

The fixed choke configuration is factory-stamped "*-" on the upper barrel and "**-" on the lower. The bores are chrome-lined and marked "CHROME." Factory simple scroll engraving decorates the blued/black receiver. The gun carries Belgian Liège proofs, "12-70" chamber marks, and "Fabrique Nationale Herstal - Made in Belgium" markings, along with the Browning Arms Company Morgan, Utah & Montreal P.Q. import line.
