This Aero Precision M5 pairs a 16 inch .308 Winchester barrel with a free-floated ATLAS S-ONE M-LOK handguard and a direct-impingement operating system. It features T-marked upper receiver rail segments, a collapsible mil-spec stock, and a Magpul MOE-K2+ grip. The rifle accepts SR-25/DPMS-pattern magazines and comes with two 10-round PMAGs and installed flip-up iron sights.

The receiver set is finished in black anodizing and marked appropriately: the lower shows "MODEL M5" and "CAL MULTI," and the right-side magwell carries the large Aero "A" logo. The upper receiver has T-marked top rail segments from T4 to T18 for consistent reference points.
The 16 inch barrel is threaded and outfitted with an A2-style flash hider. Operation is semi-automatic via direct impingement, and the rifle is chambered in .308 Winchester with a 10+1 capacity using the included magazines.
The Aero Precision ATLAS S-ONE free-float handguard is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. It provides M-LOK slots at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions and features shortened top rail sections at the front and rear. This setup reduces weight while maintaining practical mounting surfaces.
Furniture includes a collapsible, minimalist mil-spec stock on a numbered receiver extension with positions 1 through 8. The length of pull is 11.5 inches as configured. The grip is a Magpul MOE-K2+ for a secure, modern hand interface.
