This FSAAP FR-9 is a recent-release, AR-pattern 9mm pistol built in the United States with FA-27 alloy receivers and a straight-blowback action. It features an 8-inch 4150 CMV threaded barrel with a phosphate finish, a free-float aluminum handguard with a continuous top Picatinny rail, and compatibility with Colt/SMG-pattern 9mm magazines. One 33-round metal magazine is included.
Condition
Overall Condition: Factory new condition, unfired with no signs of handling. No factory box/case is included.
Bore Condition: New - As-new bore with no signs of use beyond factory testing.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: No factory box is present. Only minimal evidence of prior handling is visible. The bore is bright and clean.

The FR-9 runs a straight-blowback system and accepts Colt/SMG-pattern 9mm magazines, offering a 33+1 capacity with the included magazine. The selector is marked SAFE/SEMI, and the design uses an elongated, open ejection port for reliable clearance.
The 8-inch barrel is made from 4150 CMV steel, finished in phosphate, and threaded at the muzzle. A three-slot flash hider (evenly spaced at 120°) is installed from the factory.
Receivers are FA-27 alloy with a black matte finish, paired with a 4140 steel bolt and carrier that also wear a phosphate finish. The magwell is marked "FRAME BY: FSAAP • FORT SMITH, AR • CAL MULTI."
The free-float aluminum handguard provides a continuous, 7.0-inch top Picatinny rail for mounting sights or accessories. The pistol wears an AR-pattern polymer grip and a pistol buffer tube with a foam overwrap and a single-point sling loop. By design, the FR-9 is configured without a forward assist, dust cover, or bolt catch.
