Manufactured in Germany by Umarex under license from Heckler & Koch, this MP5 .22 LR shows clear proof and import markings, including C.I.P. nitro proof "N," "DE" country code, a 2024 proof year code "24," the UX mark, "MADE IN GERMANY BY UMAREX," and the Heckler & Koch Inc., Columbus GA import mark. Receiver markings include the HK logo over "MP5" and "CAL. 22 LR HV."
The rifle uses a simple blowback, semi-automatic action with a single-stage trigger and a manual safety. The left-side charging handle with notch provides familiar HK-style manipulation. Factory capacity is 25+1 (per HK/Umarex data), and one 25-round magazine is included.
