This 1994 Browning Citori Lightning Field Grade I in 16 gauge features 24 in ventilated-rib barrels, a single trigger, and factory light scroll engraving with a gold Browning buckmark. Made by Miroku in Japan, it has neutral cast and a neutral grip, and is set up with a Full top choke and Modified bottom choke. It includes the original box, manual, Browning Invector choke wrench, and an additional Invector choke tube, with the factory end label corroborating the configuration.
Condition
Overall Condition: Good condition, showing some signs of prior use and handling.
Bore Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Specific Condition Notes: The wood furniture shows scratches along with some dents and chips. The barrels display a few finish blemishes.

Built by Miroku in Japan for Browning, this Lightning Field Grade I is marked "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q. — MADE IN JAPAN" and "SPECIAL STEEL 16GA — 2 3/4." The receiver carries factory light scroll engraving, and the trigger guard bears the gold Browning buckmark. Matching assembly numbers are present on the forend iron, forend wood, and barrel monoblock.
The shotgun is an over/under configuration with steel 24 in barrels, a ventilated rib, and a single front bead. Chambers are 2 3/4 in with a 2-round capacity. It uses a single trigger with internal hammers and has a blued finish throughout the receiver and barrels.
Choking is set with a Full top barrel and a Modified bottom barrel. An additional Browning Invector choke tube is included (Improved Cylinder for lead/Modified for steel), along with the Browning Invector choke wrench. The factory carton end label corroborates the model, gauge, barrel length, chamber, and grade.
The stock is walnut with a gloss finish, cut checkering, and the classic round-knob pistol grip. Cast is neutral and the grip is neutral, with a listed length of pull of 14.1 in.
Mechanical observations note a top lever that sits right of center, tight barrel fit, timed ejectors, and good firing pins.
