What’s Included
- SLR Rifleworks SLR-B15 5.56mm NATO rifle
- One 30-round Magpul PMAG polymer AR-15 magazine
The SLR-B15 uses a billet receiver set with an integrated right-side bolt-release lever for streamlined controls. The upper is a slick-side design that omits the forward assist while retaining a standard ejection port cover. The SLR free-float handguard features elongated lightening slots and a continuous 1913 top rail across the receiver and handguard.
The barrel is 13.5 inches and is pinned and welded to 16 inches overall with a SureFire three-prong flash hider. It runs a direct-impingement, semi-automatic system in 5.56mm NATO and offers a 30+1 capacity. The barrel is threaded, and the pinned/welded configuration provides a compliant 16-inch length.
Controls and handling are upgraded with a Radian Raptor ambidextrous charging handle, an ambidextrous safety selector, and a flat-faced trigger. The rifle wears a Magpul MOE-K2 grip. A PDW-style telescoping stock rides on a single guide rail and uses a textured buttplate, with a measured length of pull of 9.0 inches.
The rifle presents a distinctive two-tone look with gray billet receivers and an FDE/bronze handguard, complemented by tan controls. It is marked SLR Rifleworks, Winter Garden, FL, USA, and is made in the USA. Sights are not included, and the continuous top rail provides a uniform mounting surface.
