Built on the Remington New Model Army pattern, this single-action percussion revolver uses a solid topstrap frame with a rear notch integral to the topstrap and a fixed front blade. It features an under-barrel hinged loading lever with a front latch and a six-chamber cylinder.
The revolver presents a bright silver finish over its steel frame, barrel, and cylinder. Full-coverage scroll engraving is applied across the barrel flats, frame, recoil shield, and cylinder for a uniform, decorative presentation.
The 8 inch octagonal steel barrel and fixed sights (front blade and integral rear notch) keep the setup true to the pattern. Two-piece smooth hardwood grips with brass escutcheons complete the classic configuration.
Gold-tone small parts and the loading plunger provide visual contrast against the bright silver finish. Italian proofmarks are present, including PN and a boxed date code Z2, with proofs on the underside of the barrel lug/rammer latch area.
